Terms of Service
General Terms
• As the artist, I always reserve the right to select what commissions I want to accept andreserve myself the right to decline any commission request.
Payment
• Commissions are to paid in full upfront, or (upon agreement with me) half upfront and half at a later time before the finished product is sent.
• Payment is done through Paypal invoice in EUR.
• As a commission is a custom product, once the progress has been started, the payment can not be refunded unless. You will be only refunded the full commission price if I am unable to fulfill the commission.Process
• The client sends a commission request with all the necessary information and will be notified if they’ve received a commission slot. Please provide reference images for your character's details.
• I will not start working on a commission until the payment (or the first instalment) is complete.
• The client will be provided with a rough sketch, followed by 2-4 work in progress shots, depending on the complexity of the piece.
• Once the sketch or any of the progress shots are approved by the client, no significant changes will be made to the piece. For example, once the sketch is approved, the pose won’t be changed. Requests to change significant parts of the commission that have already been approved will require the payment of additional fees. Free changes can be requested at any stage.
• Commissions take 1-3 months to complete from the initial payment. If the client needs the artwork quickly or by a specific date, they need to communicate the deadline as they
request their commission. For tight deadlines an additional rush fee will be charged.
• Should any issues or delays occur on my side, the client will be immediately notified.What you get
• The client will receive a digital illustration (no physical copy).
• No generative AI will be used in the creation of the illustration.
• The image you receive will be about A4 size at 300 dpi unless otherwise requested before I start working on the commission.Copyright / Usage Policy
• I remain the copyright holder of the final artwork.
• I’m allowed to use the artwork to promote myself and post it on my online profiles.
• The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. You are allowed to use & print the
artwork for personal use. You can post & share the artwork on social networks with proper credit given.
• You can use my artwork for free fanbinds.
• You can’t alter the artwork significantly without my consent.
• You can’t use the artwork to promote yourself or make money off of it by selling it or
making merchandise with it. If you require a commercial license, please let me know.
• The client is not allowed to use the received artwork for NFTs or with generative AI.Cancelling / Refunding Policy
• The client can only cancel the commission before the first payment has been made.
• If the client cancels the commission, after the first payment, the client will be refunded
50% of the full commission price. The client can not cancel or demand a refund after
the artist has started working on the commission.
• If the artist is unable to complete the commission, the client will be refunded the full
price.
